Jamie speaks your language. She was raised in the Lutheran church and formed by early experiences in youth and outdoor ministry. Now, informed by a seminary degree and 25 years of church leadership, Jamie brings both theological grounding and real-world wisdom to conversations that empower individuals and organizations to live out their faith.
Jamie’s superpower is her warm, accessible style that invites honest questions while centering the dignity and humanity of the most vulnerable. She meets people where they are, inspiring and equipping them to move forward and create a world that more closely reflects the kingdom of God. She has worked with congregations, camps, youth ministry organizations, seminaries, colleges, faith-based nonprofits, and regional and national church bodies.
Jamie has also enjoyed working with interfaith and Jewish organizations, but the majority of her experience is rooted in Christianity.

With deep experience in the non-profit space, she brings a combination of lived expertise, strategic insight, and principled leadership to complex conversations around culture, equity, and organizational responsibility.
Jamie connects with communities, meeting them where they are to fully understand their needs, gifts, and shared values. She can help you do the same. Jamie has spent the past 10 years collaborating with parents of transgender kids, transgender people, and advocates throughout New Jersey and across the country to build power and drive change. She has worked cross-organizationally with national, equity-focused nonprofits to build coalitions, share power, and drive systemic change. Through this work, she helps organizations listen deeply to their communities, strengthen engagement, elevate local leaders, and create lasting, community-led change.
